Bookshop - Terms of Sale

- Our trading terms are in conformity with the terms and conditions as applied by the “Chambre belge de la Librairie ancienne et moderne” (CLAM) being the association of Belgian antiquarian booksellers, and of the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB)
- Every item offered for sale corresponds fully to its description in the catalogue, is complete and in good condition unless otherwise stated
- All prices are in Euro, VAT included
- Costs for packaging, shipping, insurance, clearing and bank charges are at the buyer’s expense
- All goods are travelling at the buyer’s risk
- Options by telephone are valid for three days, unless followed by a written order
- Purchases must be paid in full on one of the following bank account numbers before shipping or collecting

Ordering, Payment, Shipping or Collecting

- On receipt of your order we will send you the invoice
- After payment in full, the goods will be shipped or can be collected at the bookshop
- Costs for packaging, shipping, insurance, clearing and bank charges are at the buyer’s expense
- All goods are shipped by registered post or by courier and are travelling at the buyer’s risk
